Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription before the next billing period through the account area or by contacting support. Unless a product says otherwise, access remains available until the paid period ends and cancellation does not automatically create a partial-period refund.

Events

Promoters, venues, or rights holders may postpone or cancel an event. NaraTV will communicate available replacement, replay, transfer, or refund arrangements when confirmed. Physical ticket remedies may depend on the organiser and venue.
