Refund Policy and information for NaraTV users, partners, and fight fans.
Different products, different rules
A physical venue ticket, a PPV streaming purchase, and a subscription are separate products. A ticket may be subject to venue entry, check-in, transfer, inventory, and event-organiser rules. A PPV purchase grants the stated digital access and may have a replay window. A subscription grants the benefits shown for its paid period.
When we can review a refund
Contact support promptly if you were charged twice, paid but received no access, an event was cancelled without a replacement or replay, or a material technical failure prevented access after troubleshooting. Include the account details and transaction reference.
Refunds are not automatic after access has been consumed, a ticket has been checked in, or a user purchased the wrong product. NaraTV will review the product, provider status, event rights, and evidence available for the request.
